Previously aligned with White Tower, currently factionless

⧓ ROLE:

Detective; he'll offer to help locate people and objects for money. Offers to join any faction in any capacity he'll turn down, but he keeps a lot of Top Secret information off the record for all jobs. Something he hasn't failed at yet.

⧓ AMBITION:

Ambiguous; his ambitions for power ended with the death of the woman he loved.

⧓ BACKSTORY:

Goro Akechi joined with the White Tower shortly after his arrival. He rose through their ranks thanks to charm, wit, and his abilities. He impressed high ranking officials quickly and started working alongside of Lucina. His ultimate goal was to eventually take over the faction. However, during a skirmish with the Resistance Lucina was dealt a mortal blow and she died on the field. Goro, in love with her, no longer wanted the power, no longer wanted to work under the mantel of the White Tower and stepped aside, leaving a power vacuum.

He works between the different factions as a private detective, focus mostly on people and objects instead of information so that he doesn't seem to favor one over the other. He's turned down offers to join smaller, starter factions (which haven't seemed to take hold) and will continue to deny working with others outside of the perimeters of his vocation.

Goro does spend time in the porter city, visiting the grave of his fallen friend often and reflecting on the past. He wants to move forward, but something holds him back, thus he continues to aid the factions while remaining neutral.
